30.06.2011 MutExt (Mutation Extractor) version 1.0 released. Still without comprehensive help but useful anyway, and one of the fastest sequence alignment tools.

Bem vindo

Esse site é meio sem graça porque nunca tenho tempo suficiente para construir algo mais interessante. De qual quer modo: se você tiver uma receita rara e super boa, me mande que tentarei traduzir.

O resto é interessante para quem trabalha com HIV e/ou sequências de DNA/RNA. MutExt por exemplo é um programa versátil para determinar mutações em HIV, HBV, HCV etc.
